Die Pr\u00fcfungskomission, bestehend aus Dr. Torbj\u00f6rn Brorsson (Kontoret f\u00f6r Keramiska Studier, Landskrona, Sweden), Dr. Agn\u0117 \u010civilyt\u0117 (Lithuanian Institute of History, Archaeology Department, Vilnius, Lithuania) und Dr. Anete Karlsone (University of Latvia, Institute of Latvian History, Riga, Latvia) wertete den Beitrag zur Erforschung von Keramik im Baltikum als au\u00dferordentlich gelungen und w\u00fcrdigte mehrfach insbesondere den Beitrag zur Internationalisierung der Forschung durch Vorlage der Arbeit in englischer Sprache. Ibsen, ZBSA).<\/small><\/p>\n<p>Vanda Visocka, a member of the ZBSA project INHILLDAUGAR (Interdisciplinary Hillfort Studies at the Daugava River: Merging and Decoding Archaeological, Environmental and Linguistic Data), successfully completed her dissertation ‚Production and Use of Ceramics in the Bronze and Earliest Iron Ages‘ on Tuesday 13.12. 2022 at the University of Latvia, Faculty Of History And Philosophy in Riga in a digital examination procedure with great success her dissertation ‚Production, Use and Meaning of Ceramics in the Bronze and the Earliest Iron Age in Eastern Baltics‘. The examination committee, consisting of Dr. Torbj\u00f6rn Brorsson (Kontoret f\u00f6r Keramiska Studier, Landskrona, Sweden) Dr. Agn\u0117 \u010civilyt\u0117 (Lithuanian Institute of History, Archaeology Department, Vilnius, Lithuania) and Dr. Anete Karlsone (University of Latvia, Institute of Latvian History, Riga, Latvia) rated the contribution to the study of ceramics in the Baltic States as extraordinarily successful and repeatedly acknowledged in particular the contribution to the internationalisation of research by submitting the work in English.
